Junior's BBQ
Junior's BBQ located at 251 E Ovilla Rd Red Oak, TX 75154 is the oldest restaurant in Red Oak, and serves up some of the best spuds (baked potatoes) this side of well most anything. When you go to Junior's it's like stepping back in time, you leave the hustle and bustle world outside the door. It's a family owned and operated business, Junior, Chris (Junior's wife), and Jennifer (Junior's daughter), are all there daily to serve up great food, hospitality, and keeping it simple. It is all to common to have them come by your table personally to see how you're doing and to shake your hand. It has taken 31 years for Junior and his family to establish an identity like that.
In order to preserve and maintain his identity and reputation, he contracted Childres Custom Canvas to replace his 15 year old plus awning (shown in the top photois the old awning, the bottom photo is the new awning). If you're ever in Red Oak, Texas, stop by Junior's. Where they always keep the family business the same and upgraded the exterior appearance of the building to show the community that Junior's BBQ will be around for another 31 years.
